Freedom

Top of the morning to you!

Today, I decided to pull a card to highlight and ponder.

The selected card is “FREEDOM.”  I used my Healing with Angels Oracle Cards Deck- by Doreen Virtue-(I looooove her).

I think it’s important to that know that no matter what circumstance you are facing, be it, a relationship, partnership, career, job or what to order at your local drive thru, know you have the “freedom” to do, be, or think whatever you want, you decide. It is so easy, believe me, to get caught up, in the mundane tasks of life, not remembering to take a breath and remember, nothing is ever permanent. We have the freedom to leave that relationship, or completely shift careers, or order a burger when you have been a staunch vegan for five years!

 It’s your life and I say, enjoy the freedom of it.

Spirit is all around us...

Okay, so today, as I was leading a client through a powerful visualization and meditation and doing my "woo-woo" thing, client whom shall remain nameless, comes out of the meditation, teary eyed and reports "I feel tingly all over." How amazing! It's truly the little things. Here is a person who has been through so much as many of us have, and has never quite experienced how tangible Spirit can be.

I got to see Spirit awaken in this person, HOPE! From a traditional background who hadn't quite experienced Spirit like this and I got to watch it. Energy never dissipates, it's all around us.

So, if you have lost someone near and dear to your heart, or you simply have a hard time figuruing out if it's just..."in your head," remember Spirit wants to make its presence known to you. Look up in the clouds or smell the air, heck, pay attention to the coins you suddenly find all around the house, know Spirit is trying to get your attention, are you listening?

Rainy days...still wanting sunshine

Hello!

today is rainy in my neck of the woods, I haven't quite self-diagnosed myself (which I know is completely unethical, I am totally kidding..) with Seasonal Affective Disorder. For those of you who do not know, plain and simple, it's a mood disorder in which the weather effects your mood. Since it's raining outside and muggy I feel my energy level dropping. I don't want to claim it, but something I tend to notice, you know, being a counselor and all:) Of course, I appreciate the weather but I have allergies that can get really irritated when it rains. Then my hair gets frizzy and uggh!

Okay, enough complaining. I am grateful for the day off to work behind the scenes and I keep my room very well lit as this is the best I can get to sunshine and await patiently( rather the opposite) for the sun, not the heat, just the bright light!

I think I have rambled on enough for now, you ever just need to rant for a minute or two?
